Review at head c1ccfae7: four current inline findings remain unresolved. Act can be enabled without a matching analyzed selection, and its results can appear or export under another pack. The Tools status and tool-only pack display also need correction. Please fix and test these cases; the closing-keyword check is also failing.

The four earlier inline findings are addressed at this head: Act requires a matching analyzed pack, its late results and export stay scoped to that pack, signed-in stack checks use the viewer state, and tool-only packs show their tools. All four threads are resolved; the full web suite, lint, type check, build, and hosted app checks pass. I approve the reviewed code change. The required dependency-review evidence workflow still fails and no live stored-pack end-to-end run was repeated on this head, so this is not a merge or production-readiness recommendation.
